If you decide to contact us and see if we can design your dream house, the first thing that we will do is set up a meeting with you on your property. There is no charge to have us see your building site, and you are under no obligation to continue with us after this meeting. After taking notes regarding what style home you want and deciding how many bedrooms and baths should be in the house (along with other room details), we try to determine right there on the site which rooms should take advantage of the best property views.

Another consideration is whether to design a set of single story house plans or create a two story home. New construction home design presents many different options and we try to explore as many of them as possible.
